The Round Lipsticks from NYX are so affordable, especially that you could buy a lot of these lipsticks without hurting your budget. I had a couple of these round lipsticks years before, but had already given them away. I recently bought NYX Fig Round Lipstick again because I remember that it was one of the shades I really liked from the line.
I love pink lipsticks, and NYX Fig Round Lipstick is a very pretty pink that could be worn to work or even to school. Even if you have pigmented lips like me, NYX Fig would still be wearable because of how pigmented it is.

But, NYX Fig is a very creamy lipstick, causing it to have more slick. I used to have this, and I remember it having a distinct scent and taste, but the one I bought now doesn’t have any. I guess they reformulated it, which is a good thing.

In the arm swatch above, NYX Fig Round Lipstick looks like a warm-toned rose pink. It is very pigmented and is already opaque in just 1 swipe.
The texture of NYX Fig Round Lipstick being very creamy, makes it easy to apply. However, it is slippery, settles on lip lines and feathers a bit as well. To remedy this, applying a lip liner first is recommended. During the first hour, NYX Fig feels kind of moisturizing on my lips. But the longer I have it on my lips, the more it seems to suck the moisture out.

NYX Fig Round Lipstick can be an almost MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade for some. Blotting it can also tone down its color a bit. This also makes it almost matte, but doing so seems to make it more drying than it already is.
Because of its creamy texture, NYX Fig Round Lipstick is not so long-wearing. It only lasts around 2 to 3 hours on me and the color is usually gone after eating and drinking. It will depend on what you eat or drink, but more often than not, the color left will be even more drying.

Final words
NYX Fig Round Lipstick is a perfectly wearable pink that will work on most skin tones. It is not so bad considering that it’s budget-friendly at $10. It might even cost less at some resellers, especially in the US where it sells for way less than $10. The only thing I don’t like is its tendency to dry out my lips, but overall, NYX Fig Round Lipstick is a pretty good buy.
